By purchasing any commission from me, you are agreeing to my TOS (Terms of Service).

You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.

I do not rush any commission, so do not ask me to do so. You can ask for your commission to be done before a specific date, but I do not assure you I can manage to accept deadlines, moreover if I deem they are too tight for me.

If my current queue is too full, all the commissions requests that will be accepted (I will let you know that) will be sent to my waitlist (you can see that here) and you will be contacted as soon as I can work on your commission.

I do send WIPs (Work In Progress) of the commission unless I am asked otherwise or if the commission you bought specifies I will not send any WIPs, so if you would not like to receive them and it is not already specified otherwise tell me upfront.

In case you have a discount coupon please send it over to me when placing the order before I start working on the commission.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I deem that I cannot execute client's vision.

If you are rude, gross, etc. towards me your commission will be automatically rejected and you will be blacklisted.

Please credit me when using my work with a tag/link to my Twitter (@nesrin_aideen), my Tumblr (@nesrin-aideen), my Bluesky (@nesrin-aideen), my Instagram (@nesrinaideen), or my Cara (@nesrin-aideen).

I do take partial works (e.g. just lineart, just color, etc.) but I must be informed when you place your order and in case you are giving me a partial work from another artist I need a written consent from them that states I can work on the artwork and the open file.

Any alteration of my work without my prior consent (including, but not limited to: removing signatures, having another artist working on it, animating it, etc.) is prohibited.

Revisions are unlimited as long as they do not contradict the initial instructions and till I get a confirmation that the lineart is what the client wanted, after that confirmation I will just accept revisions on colors.

Payment methods can be discussed but through Ko-fi or PayPal (USD and EUR is ok) are usually the preferred methods.

Payment can be fully upfront. I will not send the finished piece if the full payment has not been received.

In case the payment is not fully upfront I will not start the commission if at least half of the payment has been received.

I reserve the right to charge additional fees for requested commercial use.

Any revisions regarding the lineart after I start coloring will incur additional fees that can go up to 50% of the initial price depending on how much is the changing requested.

Commissions, unless requested otherwise when you place your order, are for personal/non-commercial use of the client only. The client only can crop the image to use it as profile pictures, headers, etc. as long as I'm credited and a link to at least one of my socials is provided.

Commercial use (e.g. Twitch assets including but not limited to emotes, alerts) can be discussed, but will result in additional fees. You must inform me when placing your order if you intend to use the commission for commercial use.

Only I, as the artist, have full copyrights over my artwork. Unless the client requests otherwise, I reserve the right to use/post the commissioned work as means to promote and expand my portfolio. I do not have the right to produce merchandise of the artwork commissioned before prior authorization from the client. Credit will be given to the client (please provide a link or a tag when placing your order) if I post their commission either on Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Trello, Ko-fi, Cara.

Tell me when placing your order if you would prefer to remain anonymous as commissioner or that I do not publicly post your commission anywhere, and I will oblige.

Any of my work may not be used in any blockchain-related technology (including but not limited to NFTs, cryptocurrency) or to train any AI/ML model. The use of my work for such purpose is strictly prohibited.

You may not sell or make merchandise using any of my work.

Commission can not be cancelled nor refunded if I already started it. My progress on commissions can be tracked on my Trello.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time. If that happens you will be fully refunded the amount paid.

Chargebacks are not permitted.

I will use the contact you give me when you place your order for the communications. Communications can be via Twitter, Tumblr, Bluesky, Discord DMs or via email.

I will send WIPs as screenshots, for the final piece I will send a low resolution image via the method of communication you chose and a link to a folder in Google Drive to deliver the best quality possible.

Save a copy of your commission, I'll remove the original file from Google Drive after about a month top. Contact me in case you need another copy.
